– What if I want to send a plant but it’s outside the delivery zone?
We deliver within a 15km radius of Enmore NSW, unfortunately we're unable to go further than this at this time.
– What are your delivery fees?
Deliveries start at $18 for all suburbs within our 10km radar and then $25 for anything outside of that. This includes same day deliveries and everything is hand delivered personally by our PlantGirl team.
– Do you do same day delivery?
Yes we do! Order by 10am for same-day delivery. If delivery date is greyed out we are fully booked.
– Can I select my delivery time?
Unfortunately not – PlantGirl are a small team and we can’t guarantee what time your plant will arrive. Sometimes traffic can be super busy and our couriers often have multiple stops to make in a day. Our plants are all delivered by 6pm each day.
– Can I select my delivery date?
Yes! When you get to the checkout you will be asked for your delivery date. If the date is greyed out it means we are fully booked or don't deliver on that day.
– What days do PlantGirl deliver?
PlantGirl deliveries are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
– Can you deliver to parcel lockers?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to parcel lockers.
– Can I request a different plant for a product?
If you'd like to request a different plant for one of our products, send us a message and we'll see what we can do. Some plants are too big for certain pots, but if it fits then it's no problem at all!
– How do I care for my plant?
Most of the plants we pick don’t require too much water, so it’s important not to over-feed them! We have specially designed the pots so that you can sit them inside without a dish but that means to water them with care and place them somewhere with a little filtered light if possible. -Why does my plant look different to the one on your website?
We do our best to take current and accurate photos of all of our plants, but every plant is different and unique! All individual plants come with their own shapes and foliage so please keep this in mind when ordering.
 Where will you leave my plant?

We always try to hand your plant over to the lucky recipient. Please note that if nobody is home, we will leave the plant at the front door or in the safest place we can find.

 What if my plant can't be delivered?

If nobody is home and we are unable to leave your plant in a safe place we will have to return it to our HQ. A re-delivery fee will occur of $10. To ensure we can avoid this please make sure there is access to the building or somewhere safe to leave it. If not, work places have a high delivery success rate and can often be a better option for your plant delivery.
